  • A 50% non-refundable Venue Deposit is due at the time of booking your reservation.

    The security deposit ($300.00/refundable) and balance is due 30 days prior to your event.

  • All reservations are final. No refund of money for cancellations or rescheduling. If a cancellation is made in writing 90 days or more prior to your reservation date, a 1 year venue credit will be issued starting from your original reservation date. Cancellations in less than 90 days will not receive a credit.

  • We have a capacity of 100 guest.

  • We provide a prep space, equipped with a refrigerator, sink, microwave, hot boxes and counter space. Our prepping space is NOT equipped with an oven/stove.

  • Inquire now to book a reservation.

  • Sunday – Saturday 7am – 12 am

  • Your Vision Event Planning has an open-vendor policy.

  • Liquor must be served by a licensed and insured mobile bartending service. NO BYOB events. Liquor can not be sold on the premises. Not adhering to the liquor policy will result in your event being shut down immediately. We offer in house Bartending Services.

  • YVEP is a drug and smoke (includes - e-cigarettes) free venue within 25ft of the building.

    No weapon zone violators will be asked to leave the venue immediately

  • Additional time is available upon request at $200/hr
